How will you make our customers happy?
We believe AI can make our copy even sharper, smarter and more fun. As our AI Copy Intern, you’ll help shape the voice of bol by fine-tuning our language models, testing prompt strategies and writing your own brilliant lines. It’s part writing, part wizardry—and fully awesome.

You’ll work closely with creatives and data experts to explore what AI can (and can’t) do. From training the model to brainstorming new applications, you’ll be central to our next chapter in creative copywriting.

What will you do?
As an AI Copy Intern, you’ll join bol’s in-house creative agency: burobol. Here, you’ll gain writing experience in a diverse team of producers, designers, creatives, project and event managers, and of course, fellow copywriters. Burobol works on projects across the entire organisation: B2C, B2B, and internal communication.

During your internship, you will:

• Train and optimize AI language models
• Write and edit engaging copy
• Experiment with prompts to enhance quality
• Help bol colleagues speak our brand language using our own AI copytool
• Co-develop creative campaigns using AI
• Collaborate across design, tech and copy teams
• Learn, test, experiment—and repeat

What do you bring?

• You study Communication, Creative Business, Linguistics, or related
• A strong love for language
• You’re curious about AI and prompt design
• You’ve got a creative and analytical brain
• You love trying new tools (even breaking them)
• Writing in Dutch? Flawless. English? Great too.
